The Villa's location makes it the perfect accommodation for family reunions and groups of friends looking to immerse themselves in the art and culture of the cities and towns in the vicinity, as well as enjoying the natural beauty of the Tuscan countryside, whilst being able to rest and relax in very comfortable surroundings.

The Villa is on 3 floors and offers accommodation for up to 14 adults in 9 bedrooms, all with double beds, plus 5 bathrooms with a shower, and 2 with bath and shower. In six of the double bedrooms it is possible to add an extra single bed on request.

In addition there is a one bedroom apartment called "La Casaccia" with it's own entrance and garden which is attached to the rear of the Villa and is available to rent separately.

Guests have use of the whole Villa including the surrounding gardens. Facilities include a raised circular swimming pool (8.5m diameter x 1.4m deep) with panoramic views situated at the side of the Villa, a solarium, an Italian style garden at the front of the Villa overlooked by a large terrace with stunning views of the Arno valley, plus plenty of parking space.

The oldest part of the Villa dates back to the 13th century. The beautifully restored frescos in the living rooms, together with complementary furnishings, have maintained the comfort but retained the ancient charm of the property.

The Villa allows you to enjoy a unique and comfortable stay just 30 minutes drive from Florence's historic centre. Given it's location, it is possible to explore Tuscany in depth by organising day trips to towns such as Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Montepulciano, Siena, the Chianti region, the national park and coastal walk of the Cinque Terre region, as well as trips across to the Mediterranean Sea and the seaside resort of Viareggio. On the lower ground floor is the old wine cellar which has been restored and is now used as a large dining area for guests with doors giving access directly onto the lower terrace and the Italian style garden.

The large fully equipped commercial sized kitchen includes an open fireplace and wood burning stove.
