Italian Act about privacy

The customer's personal data are recorded in terms of Article 7 of the Italian Act 196/03, for the sole purpose of operating the requested services and the reservation system, and making the relevant communications requested by the customer.


Supplying incomplete or false information makes it impossible to access the system because the required data are in many cases indispensable. The data will be given only to Agritourisms or other tourist estates which accepts the reservation.

The customer is protected by Article 7 of Act 196/03 and, in particular, he can require his personal data to be deleted from dotFlorence's records at any time, by sending a simple written request which may be sent by e-mail.
