The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, just 100m beyond the Porta Fiorentina of the Medieval village of Barberino Valdelsa, in a stone building that faces the Via Cassia that joins Florence and Siena (in the Middle Age was known and famous as 'Via Francigena') on one side, and the stunning landscape of the hills of Val d'Elsa from the other.
On this side you find an equipped courtyard with space for the apartment, the hayloft and, a little downhill, the beautiful pool in a fine positon overlooking the surrounding countryside.
This apartment is also only 18 km far from S. Gimignano, 35 km from Florence, 40 km from Siena, 45 km from Volterra.
