The residence is settled at about 5 km from the sea of Talamone Maremma in Tuscany.
The village is composed by 30 apartments of different sizes, spread over 4 buildings, surrounded by a big parking and a swimming pool.

The ground floor apartments have an area outside or an access from the kitchen on a small outdoor space, equipped with table and chairs. Some of the apartments on the upper floors also have a terrace.
